District 6780 - New Generations

Our purpose at the District level is to provide encouragement, enlightenment, and inspiration to the Interact Clubs in District 6780 with respect to school and community service and to focus attention on the worldwide potential and achievements of Interact in behalf of International understanding. We are here to serve the clubs in this district. As we go through this year, if you have any questions or need information, please do not hesitate to contact us, either through your Cluster Representative, the District Representative, Lindsey Knoer, or the District Chairman, Susan Marttala. We will be communicating with you through this website, which we intend to update regularly, through e-mail, and through facebook at Interact District 6780. We encourage you to visit this website often to stay informed about upcoming events.

At this point we are in the planning stages for the year ahead. We know that the District Conference will be held at the Ramada Inn in Pigeon Forge on March 2-4, 2012. There will be leadership training during the year, but the dates have not been determined. We are considering other new and exciting events for this year. Keep watching for more details.

As we make plans, we are very interested in your input. Feel free to send us any comments or suggestions. Throughout the year, you will be receiving frequent communication from your Cluster Representative. That person is charged with the responsibility of keeping open lines of communication between the clubs in each cluster and the district. We invite you to get to know your Cluster Representative and stay in touch.
