The meeting with club officers before or after your regular meeting is an important element of the official visit. The participants, at minimum, are to include the President, President-Elect, and Secretary. Please invite and encourage your entire board to participate at your discretion. The time of the pre- or post- meeting is indicated on the Official Visit Schedule.
The Governor will seek to review the "Governor's Citation of Excellence" and the "President's Citation" in the meeting as your club's plan is shared.
