Membership Statistics and Planning committee reports the monthly membership and five year trends of each club in the district. The monthly report is in Adobe PDF format and is sorted by club name, change in number growth/loss, and change in percentage. The five year trend report is sorted by change in percentage.
The committee also receives the Active Member Metric from clubs participating in the pilot. The active member metric is a tool for clubs to assess their members' activity level based on a 5-point metric. Points are awarded for attendance 70% and above, participation in club service, participation in two areas of external service projects, and supporting The Rotary Foundation at the $100 Every Rotarian Every Year minimum level. The goal is for the participating clubs to return the metric quarterly.
